1  What is your Returns Policy?

We offer a 30-Day No Quibble Returns Policy the first day of which is the day after you have taken delivery.In addition to our policy, Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations you have the Right To Cancel an order within 14 working days (after goods delivered) and get a full refund. 2  Is there a charge to return the goods?

Under the Right To Cancel regulations, the cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. We can offer a collection service within UK mainland only which costs £18.00 incl. Vat. We do not need to take a payment for this as we deduct this from the refund value.

3  Can I return goods after the 30-day No Quibble period ends?

No - we do not accept returns once this period has passed. 
This does not affect your statutory rights regarding manufacturing fault. 

4  What do I do if I want to return all or part of my order?

Firstly contact us via our Contact Us Page so that we can raise the necessary Returns Documents to send to you to ensure the goods are returned to the correct warehouse.This will enable us to process your order back to stock efficiently and process your refund.

We ship from different locations across the UK - do not return goods to the office address as goods cannot be accepted there and will be refused.

5  I didn't use some components from my curtain pole/curtain track order. Can I return them and have a refund?

Almost all products sold are sold in pre-packs and prices are for the complete pole pack. All poles are sold as complete pole sets and components from these packs are not refundable.
