1  How do I alter the Quantity in My Basket?

Your basket is visible at all times in the top right hand corner - just click on it to view the contents. The product you have selected will include an image to make sure you are ordering the correct item or colour. You are able to change the quantity as well as remove an item. Then either continue shopping or go to checkout.

2  Is The Poles Company site secure & safe to order online?

3  What payment cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express.

4  Can I pay by PayPal?

Yes - you can choose to pay using PayPal. You will be able to select PayPal as you go through the checkout process.

5  I want delivery to a different address to my card address.

Yes that is absolutely fine - all we sk is you ensure you use the correct postcode for billing and shipping to avoid any delivery issues. There is a "Find Address" button when you enter your postcode which is the safest option.You have the option to select a different delivery address as you go through the checkout. You can choose your work address, relative's address or a neighbour's. Bear in mind if you choose your work address,

6  When will payment be taken from my acount?

Payment will be taken from your account as soon as the checkout process is complete

7  Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can - if it has already been dispatched we will endeavour to stop it but it is not guaranteed. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations you have the right to cancel an order within 14 working days (after goods delivered) and get a full refund.
