1  Is there a charge for delivery?

All orders over £100.00 are delivered free to most UK mainland postcodes.
For orders below £100.00 there is a delivery charge of £8.50 which will be applied at the checkout. 
For small items that can be put in a courier mailpack or can be posted, and are not part of a larger product being couriered, we reduce the charge and refund accordingly. Variable charges of £6.95, £4.95.
For delivery to Isle of Wight, Isle of Man & Scottish Isles (excl. Isle of Arran) there is a delivery charge is £19.50. 
For delivery to Northern Ireland charge of £19.50 
For delivery to Republic of Ireland charge of £37.50

2  Do you delivery Internationally?

Currently we only deliver to UK postcodes including Channel Islands and Northern Ireland and also to the Republic of Ireland.

3  How long does delivery take?

We endeavour to dispatch standard stock items within 1-2 working days. Delivery to the majority of mainland UK postcodes is usually Next Day. Individual products will advise the usual lead time - made to measure or made to order items will have longer lead times.

Delivery Times: Between 8.30am-5.30pm Mon-Fri only (Bank Holidays excluded)

Delivery:

1.NEXT DAY - for most UK mainland postcodes

2.Some Scotland Highland postcodes 2-3 working days. Scottish Isles typically 3-4 working days

3.Northern Ireland 1-2 working days

4.Ireland - Dublin 1-2 working days.Ireland - Excl Dublin 3-4 working days

5.Channel Islands - Tues Dispatch, Fri delivery

We recommend - Do not book a fitter until the goods have been received, and checked that you have all items and components.

4  Do I need to sign for delivery?

Yes - all our deliveries need to be signed for unless it is a small package we can post via Royal Mail.
Deliveries are signed for to confirm parcels are received in good condition.

Should there be any damage to the parcel state "Parcel damaged" when signing for the goods.

Your order can be left with a neighbour -simply fill in this instruction on the checkout page.We can also deliver to your place of work but do consider the size of the parcel you will need to get home safely!

5  Can I have the goods delivered to a different address to my card address?

Yes - You have the option to select a different UK delivery address as you go through the checkout. Depending on area. some postcodes (e.g. Channel Islands & Scottish Highlands) do not fall within the majority of postcodes for free delivery over £100.00.

6  What happens if I am out when delivery is attempted?

If the courier attempts a delivery when you are out he should leave a card advising you. Normally a second attempt will be made the following day.
If after 2-3 attempts the courier has been unable to make delivery, the goods will be returned to us and we will notify you. We reserve the right to charge for re-delivery.

7  How will I know if my order has been dispatched?

We normally notify customers on the day the order is being dispatched, and wherever possible provide a courier track & trace link which becomes live the morning after dispatch when you can check to see if it is out for delivery.
